The total delivery time for an order is the period of time from when you place your order online until the time you receive it, including processing time plus shipping time. For more details regarding shipping options, see "Shipping Information" below. Please note that because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order for multiple items. Additional shipping charges will not occur. If you have questions about items missing from your order, please contact one of our Customer Service Associates for assistance. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.
Dickies offers standard and express delivery. Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Williamson Dickie Canada Co will not be responsible for expedited freight charges. All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario.
