A button down with a good fit, great plaid options, and forgiving stretch that I get compliments on. Based on the fit models they're obviously they're trying to sell to a younger audience but this is an older guys dream shirt :). Feel like I've been looking for this for a while and finally found it. Wish they would make an untucked version (flat hem at the bottom).
