Alma Backyard Farms is a non-profit based in Compton, LA that provides opportunities for women and men who have been incarcerated. Founded on the belief that restorative justice and environmental stewardship go hand in hand, Alma transforms lives through community, giving people a second chance, all the while fighting social and food injustice.
